Matt Currie
Automation architect and Tray.ai partner, Matt helps businesses simplify processes and connect their tools with scalable, secure workflows. He focuses on integrations, process automation, and systems architecture that free up teams to focus on meaningful work.
Our Story
Anchor & Flow was born from two opposite strengths that became our greatest partnership.
We first met 11 years ago while Meg was in Australia on a working holiday, and by 2016 we were married. From the beginning, our strengths were worlds apart — Matt was a chef, Meg was in customer success — but we were always curious about how the other approached work. As Matt transitioned into IT, our careers began to overlap.
Between building our careers and raising a family, we often found ourselves swapping perspectives. Meg helped Matt think more deeply about communication and end-user experiences, while Matt pushed Meg to zoom out, question processes, and search for efficiency.
At Circle, Meg brought those lessons into a fast-moving startup environment. With Matt’s influence, she introduced automation and efficiency-driven ideas that reshaped how the Customer Success org functioned — from new processes to updated operational procedures. At the same time, Matt immersed himself in automation and AI engineering, specializing in low-code/no-code solutions like Tray.ai. Meg’s focus on the human side helped him keep end users top of mind while designing scalable systems.
Together, these experiences became the foundation for Anchor & Flow. Meg’s work with communities of all sizes showed her what makes people feel connected and engaged, while Matt’s systems-first approach revealed how businesses can scale without losing efficiency.
